New Hosting Prices
The new prices are calculated according to the amount of RAM included in the selected plan.

The Standard plan is the more affordable option for customers who want to keep their hosting costs as low as possible.
The Premium plan is the higher-tier option for customers who prefer the additional benefits included with that plan category.
Available features may differ depending on the selected product and configuration. Customers should review the information displayed on the ordering page before completing a purchase.

Multi-Month Billing Discounts
Customers who select a longer billing cycle will receive an additional discount.

Who Receives the New Prices?
The new prices apply to new orders and future billing periods for which an invoice has not yet been generated by the Syncara Cloud billing system.
Existing customers may receive the updated price on a future renewal invoice, provided that the invoice was not generated before the price change took effect.
Important Billing and Refund Notice
Please review your invoice carefully before making payment.
The following billing conditions apply:
- The new prices only apply to invoices that have not yet been generated by the billing system.
- Existing invoices generated before the price change retain their original amount.
- Payments completed before the price change are final.
- Completed payments cannot be refunded or partially refunded based on the new pricing.
- Customers with questions about an invoice should contact Syncara Cloud support before making payment.
These conditions help ensure that billing records remain consistent and that each invoice reflects the pricing active when it was generated.
